Seller information

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the RAWGARD online store. They form part of the agreement between RAWGARD OÜ and the customer. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Products and prices

Product information, availability and the applicable price are displayed on the store before an order is placed. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Any applicable delivery charge is disclosed before payment and final order confirmation.

We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate. If an obvious technical or pricing error prevents us from fulfilling an order on the stated terms, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Placing an order

Before submitting an order request, the customer can review the selected products, quantities, destination, applicable shipping charge and information provided. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Submitting the website form sends an order request and does not by itself complete payment. An order is subject to product availability and is confirmed after the applicable delivery and payment details have been agreed or successfully completed.

Payment

Available payment methods and the final amount payable are confirmed before payment and final order confirmation. Payment processing may be provided by an authorised third-party payment service provider. RAWGARD does not require customers to send payment card details by email or other informal communication.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery destinations and charges are shown during checkout before payment and final order confirmation. Standard shipping is free when the product subtotal is €100 or more. Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law. Details about notifying us, returning goods and receiving a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Customers retain all statutory rights relating to goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Contact us at info@rawgard.com with the order details and a description of the issue.

Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to info@rawgard.com. We will review the complaint and respond in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

If a consumer and RAWGARD OÜ cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the consumer may have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), subject to the Committee's applicable rules and jurisdiction.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
