Data we process

When you place or submit an order, we may process your name, telephone number, email address if provided, city, order comments, ordered products, variants, quantities and order totals. We also process information you send when you contact us about an order, return, complaint or other request.

Why we process personal data

We process personal data where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract with you, including handling orders, delivery, returns, refunds and customer support. We may also process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and consumer-protection requirements, and for legitimate interests such as protecting the store from misuse and resolving disputes.

Service providers and recipients

We may share personal data only where necessary with service providers involved in operating the store and fulfilling orders. The current order workflow uses infrastructure services to transmit order information and Telegram to deliver order notifications to RAWGARD. When payment and delivery providers are used, they may receive the information necessary to provide their respective services.

Service providers process data under their own applicable terms or on our behalf, depending on their role. We do not sell your personal data.

Cart storage

The store uses browser local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart on your device. This allows your cart to remain available between visits. You can clear locally stored website data using your browser settings.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period required by applicable law, including accounting, tax, consumer-protection and dispute-related retention requirements. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers of personal data are handled using safeguards required by data-protection law.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of data, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, contact info@rawgard.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another competent supervisory authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
