Shipping availability

RAWGARD currently ships from Estonia to selected EU destinations. Standard shipping is available to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czechia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is €3.90 to Estonia, €7.90 to Latvia and Lithuania, €11.90 to Finland, €16.90 to Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Czechia, and €21.90 to the other currently supported EU destinations. Standard shipping is free when the product subtotal is €100 or more. The applicable shipping charge and final total are shown during checkout before you submit your order request.

Delivery times

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier network. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a material delay, please contact us so that we can check the status of your order.

Delivery details

Orders are dispatched from Estonia using standard parcel delivery. Please provide complete and accurate contact and destination information. We will confirm the delivery details with you before dispatch. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@rawgard.com.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong goods, or does not arrive within the agreed delivery period, contact us at info@rawgard.com with your order details. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
